  • Do I have to have insurance/ Does ENS provide insurance for the units?
    • ENS does not provide insurance. If property is damaged/ broken into, a police report will need to be filed. Renter’s insurance is available but would need to be purchased by the renter.
  • During what times am I allowed to access my stored items?
    • Access is provided 24/7
  • Do you supply the locks?
    • No we do not provide the locks; you have to provide your own lock.
  • Are there lights in the storage unit?
    • Yes! Lights are provided for storage units.
  • What information and documentation do I need to provide to rent a storage unit?
    • Copy of Driver’s License,
    • Two forms of identification
    • Signed Rental Agreement/ Contract
    • Physical address NOT a P.O. Box
  • What are your office hours?
    • Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    • Friday – Sunday closed
  • What is the difference between office hours and gate access?
    • Office hours are when or staff are able to assist with storage needs and questions.
    • Gate access is when entry to property to access belongings in storage unit.
    • Gate access is 24/7.
  • Are there any items I cannot store?
    • Yes. Staff will be able to asset with items prohibited the items that are restricted from our premises as they are outlined in our Rental Agreement.
      • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
        • Perishable goods
        • Flammable materials
        • Explosives and other Dangerous Materials
        • Any item(s) that violates any county, State, or Federal law(s)
  • How do I leave the unit when my rental agreement is up?
    • Clean. Swept and ready for new tenant.
    • No damages.
    • No items left behind or on the floor.
  • What is a Security Deposit?
    • Sum of money that a new resident gives to the landlord or property management company in addition to their rent payment. Think of a security deposit as insurance against unpredictable residents. Deposits will be returned IF there is no damage, tenant has removed all contents, and unit has been cleaned by the last day of rental month. The deposit is the same amount as your monthly rent.
